Last updated on Sep 16, 2025

Welcome to Workout API (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our API or associated services, you (“you”, “Client”, or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide the following accurate and complete information:

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Valid email address
  • Secure password

By registering, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for any activity under your account
  • Provide true, current, and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these terms.

2. API Access & Usage

Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique API Key. This key is personal and must not be shared.

Your use of the API is subject to subscription quotas:

  • Each paid subscription includes a fixed monthly quota of usage.
  • If you exceed this quota, additional usage will be billed on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis at the rates defined in your plan.

We monitor usage and reserve the right to throttle or block abusive or excessive requests.

3. Paid Plans & Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the following billing terms apply:

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.
  • A fixed base subscription fee will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Each subscription includes a monthly quota of usage.
  • Any usage beyond the included quota will be billed separately on a PAYG (overage) basis.
  • Your payment method on file (via Stripe) will be automatically billed for both the subscription and any overage charges.
  • You can view your current usage, quota, and billing details in your dashboard.

We reserve the right to update our pricing. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Subscription users who cancel will retain access until the end of their current billing period.
  • Any overage usage incurred prior to cancellation will still be billed.
  • There are no refunds for unused quota, partial usage, or missed cancellations unless required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contact@workoutapi.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including source code, design, trademarks, and documentation) remain with Workout API.

We strive to maintain uptime but make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or performance.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
